Origins and Founding

Care Plus Welfare Organisation Islamabad was established on 14th August 2011 by Founder Muhammad Zahid Mehmood, driven by a profound commitment to address the unmet needs of vulnerable populations lacking basic facilities. Registered under the Companies Act, 2017 (Registration No. 0113593, License No. 1141, NTN No. 7992531, dated 22-11-2017), the organization began as a volunteer initiative to serve humanity with integrity and passion.

Mission and Vision

Our mission is to empower women, children, and differently-abled individuals through essential services in health, education, disaster management, and human rights advocacy. We aim to reduce poverty and illiteracy by fostering local cooperation and building a society based on honesty, devotion, and equality. Our vision is an inclusive Pakistan where every person has access to dignity, opportunities, and basic necessities, eradicating class disparities and unjust resource distribution.

Health Program Initiative

From the outset, we have focused on health challenges like diabetes, hepatitis, and burns. We have organized free medical, eye, diabetes, and hepatitis camps for over five years, providing essential care in underserved areas. A flagship project is the modern hepatitis hospital in Multan on 16 kanal land with 200 beds, including diagnostic labs, operation theaters, and free treatment for the needy—construction is ongoing as of 2025. Plans include establishing burn units and diabetes centers to combat rising diseases due to pollution and poor hygiene. We also promote mother-child health and awareness campaigns for preventive measures.

Organizational Structure

Structured from central to union council levels, our team includes presidents, vice presidents, secretaries, and committees for health, education, human rights, women welfare, and more. Elections every five years ensure democratic governance. Sub-committees handle practical activities, surveys, events, and legal aid.

Achievements and Impact

Over the years, we have held awareness programs on narcotics, human rights days, and skilled women initiatives. Recognized in newspapers and by leaders, our work has earned awards and partnerships. Active on platforms like Facebook and X, we continue events like annual performance functions and collaborations with figures such as Federal Ministers and poets.

Looking Forward

As we enter 2025-26, we remain committed to expanding our reach, completing the Multan hospital, and enhancing community development. With donor support via our JS Bank account, we invite compassionate individuals to join our mission for a healthier, educated, and empowered Pakistan.
